PURPOSE:To produce the photosensitive planographic printing plate while substantially obviating the generation of unequal coating and enhancing safety by using a solvent contg. diethylene glycol dimethyl ether and a prescribed ratio of 4-hydroxy-2 butanone. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the diethylene glycol dimethy ether and 4-hydroxy-2 butanone which are the coating solvent is required to be >=20% for the 4- hydroxy-2 butanone and is selected at 30 to 50%. Various kinds of photosensitive compsns. which contain a diazo compd. and are used for the conventional planographic printing plate are usable as the photosensitive compsn. to be used as a photosensitive layer. A diazo resin which is the condensate of an arom. diazonium salt and formaldehyde is preferably used for the diazo compd. and, for example, N-(hydroxyphenyl) acryl amide is used for the binder. Further, a coating liquid is prepd. by adding an org. dye, etc., to the above-mentioned mixture and is applied on a substrate consisting of Al, etc. |
