PURPOSE:To obtain a high-precision vessel main body made of plastic which is free from defective filling, or a distortion, by a method wherein at the time of arrangement of a sheet blank within an injection mold, the sheet blank is heated beforehand up to a mold temperature. CONSTITUTION:A sheet blank 26 fitted to the core 30 is inserted within the cavity 17 as it is under a state where the sheet blank 26 is heated beforehand up to a fixed mold control temperature or a mold constituting of a core 30 and cavity 17 is heated up to a fixed mold adjusting temperature. Then hot melt resin 28 is introduced through a gate 17a, injected onto the surface of vessel-like sheet blank 26 and a vessel main body 14 made of plastic is obtained by forming a belly part 14a, the bottom 14b, a flange part 15 and the bottom fringe part 29. |
