Wind power system with horizontal rotors - is installed 5-10 metals above water or land level and drives generator

The wind power system can be installed in shallow coastal waters or on land, with its horizontal rotors located 5-10 metres above water or land level, and supported on a steel or concrete base. The rotors have a dia. of e.g. 10 metres, and are 20 metres long. The driving vane components are produced from fibre-glass-reinforced plastic, and are rotatable around their middle axis. They can be hydraulically adjusted whilst the rotors are rotating. The adjustment is automatically controlled electronically dependent upon wind speed. Where the rotor speed exceeds 23-25 m/sec., the vane component regulation is so controlled that in order to protect the installation rotor is stopped. The rotors have a parabolically rising wind guide surface corresp. to approximately half the projected wind contact surface of the rotor. USE - To generate electricity by wind power.
