<p>PURPOSE:To string an electric wire and monitor it by pressing and holding a wire through a resilient body with two-split frames having an inside diameter larger than the outer diameter of the wire, attaching monitor means and frame attitude control means to the frames and self-traveling the frames by means of the supply and discharge of a pressurizing fluid. CONSTITUTION:A stretched line 14 is pressed and held in position through a resiliently contracted body 20 by two-split frames 12 and 12 having the inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the wire 14. The frame 12 is opened and closed by a hinge 16 and a jointing plate 18. Three resilient contracting bodies 20 comprising pipelines 37 and resilient members 38 each separated almost at the same intervals in the peripheral direction of the frame 12 are installed, and a pressurized fluid is supplied to and discharged from the pipelines 37. Both end of the resiliently contracting body 20 are connected to the frame 12 through coupling blocks 22a and 22b and brackets 42. A monitor TV 48 is attached to a supporting member 44 fixed to the frame 12, attitude is controlled by a weight 50, and a hook 52 is attached. Then, a pressurized fluid is supplied and discharged for expanding and contraction the resilient member 38 in the axial direction, thereby moving on existing line by self-traveling for facilitating stringing of the new line and inspecting the electric wire.</p> |
