<p>PURPOSE:To firmly bond a mouthpiece to a seal portion without use of a special structure such as an elastic tongue piece or the like and, at the same time, to secure electrical connection of the mouthpiece to an external lead wire, by bonding the mouthpiece to the seal portion via an electrically conductive adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A mouthpiece 35 is bonded to a crushing seal portion 3 by means of an electrically conductive adhesive agent 30, for example a silver paste. In this case, the solvent of silver paste 30 is located and charged at the closed wall side within the mouthpiece 35 and in this state the mouthpiece, 35 is fitted over the seal portion 3 of a bulb. By so doing, the silver paste 30 is crushed by and between an end face of the seal portion 3 and the closed wall of the mouthpiece 35, thus between the seal portion 3 and the mouthpiece 35. The silver paste 30 is caused to adhere onto the end face of the seal portion 3 and the inner face of the mouthpiece 35, so that the mouthpiece 35 is bonded to the seal portion 3. In this case, the silver paste 30 is caused to wet onto a protruded portion of an external lead wire 5 drawn out from the end face of the seal portion 3, so that the external lead wire 5 is bonded to the mouthpiece 35 via the silver paste 30.</p> |
