PURPOSE:To obtain a highly foamable plastisol composition containing a vinyl chloride polymer, vinyl chloride-based copolymer, specific copolymer and crosslinking agent at a specific ratio and further containing a foaming agent and plasticizer therein and having excellent resistance to heat fatigue, rubber elasticity and viscosity stability. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition consisting of (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride polymer (preferably having 800-1500 average polymerization degree) obtained by emulsion polymerization, (B) 1-15 pts.wt., preferably 3-10 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based copolymer having active hydrogens in the molecule, (C) 3-20 pts.wt. copolymer obtained by grafting vinyl chloride to polyurethane, preferably 2 pts.wt. vinyl chloride to 1 pt.wt. polyurethane and (D) 0.1-3 pts.wt. crosslinking agent (preferably blocked isocyanate) and further containing a foaming agent and a plasticizer. |
