PURPOSE:To obtain a fine illumination image having high reproducibility by installing an original point calculating means which calculates a specific position of an inspected eye as the original point of an image pick-up position on the basis of the position information of a memory means and a detecting means for the shift quantity of the image pick-up position. CONSTITUTION:When fine illumination image photographing is carried out, if an optical system is shifted to the position where the corona reflection image of the alignment light becomes the smallest, by operating a joy stick, an image is formed in deflection to an eye bottom side by 1/2 of the radius of curvature from the corona front surface of an inspected eye. Then, the corona reflection luminescent spot is adjusted to a small clear point, and a reset button is pressed, having the above-described position as standard position, and then a potentiometer operates, and the shift quantity in the longitudinal direction of the body is detected and depth-displayed on a monitor. When an illuminating light source 21 is put ON, the fine illumination image illuminating light forms a parallel light beam by a projection lens 25, and is projected to the inspected eye, and the light which passes through a transparent part is reflected on the eye bottom, and irradiates a lens from the eye bottom side, and the illumination light is scattered and absorbed at an opaque area, and the transmission light reduces, and after the passing light is reflected, the light is focused to form an image on the light receiving surface of a CDD camera 30 by the image focusing lenses 27 and 29. Accordingly, an image having high quality can be obtained.
