PURPOSE:To eliminate monotonous and uniform performance of picture information or audio information relating to a transmission object by adding picture and audio information as event information relating to a calendar date to a picture and an audio signal being substantial transmission objects and sending the result. CONSTITUTION:The transmitter is provided with an event information generating circuit 10 comprising a discrimination circuit 11, a timer 12, an address generating circuit 13, an event memory 14, a video ROM 15, a switch 16 including a changeover contact selecting and outputting either of two inputs by a control signal and a voice synthesizer 17. Then event information corresponding to a calendar date is generated automatically, and picture and audio information being usual transmission objects, character or color information relating to them and picture and audio information as event information are added and the result is transmitted. Thus, monotonous and uniform performance as to a transmission object are avoided and attention to a transmission object is roused. |
