PURPOSE:To align products certainly in the lateral direction before carrying them by arranging a lateral directional carrying belt at a low level in such a manner that the rear end of each product departs from a longitudinal directional carrying belt before the fore end of the product touches the lateral directional carrying belt on the downstream end of the longitudinal directional carrying belt in the case of a device in the title for cylindrical fish paster products, etc. CONSTITUTION:On the downstream end of a first carrying belt 5 for carrying products in the longitudinal direction, a second carrying belt 6 running in the direction at right angles to the direction of the first carrying belt 5 is arranged at a low level in such a manner as to leave a clearance by which the back end of each product 1 departs from the first carrying belt 5 before the fore end of the product 1 touches the second carrying belt 6. Accordingly, the products headed in the longitudinal direction are transferred onto the second carrying belt 6 while certainly keeping their heading direction as they are to be carried in alignment in their condition perfectly parallel to the lateral direction. |
