PURPOSE:A crude flour, fine flour or flying flour from roots of ''konnyaku'' (devil tongue) or its hydrolyzate is added to an artificial feed for silk worms to promote their growth. CONSTITUTION:Roots of devil tongue are processed into a crude flour, fine flour or flying flour. One of them directly, or after treated with a cellulase, is added to a powder of artificial feed for silk worms. The amount of the flour added is 1-30% on the dry base. |
