MOUNT WITH VIBRATION DAMPER

PURPOSE:To increase a damping factor when the acceleration of a loaded load is large and reduce when it is small by parallelly arranging a suspension spring and a damper, and providing a tapered cross-section-variable orifice part in the hole of a damper cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In the small acceleration condition of the acceleration of a load loaded with a suspension body 6, a piston head 2a reciprocates in a small acceleration range A because of the small displacement of a suspention spring 5. A damping factor is small in the range A because of the large cross-section area of a cross-section-vbariable orifice part 3. In a large acceleration condition, the piston head 2a reciprocates in the large acceleration range C because of the large displacement of the suspention spring 5. The damping factor is large in the range C because of the small cross-section area of the cross-section- variable orifice part 3. The range B is an interpolation part for the intermedciate part of he ranges A and C, and the variation of the damping factor can be optionally set by adjusting the variation of the cross-section shape of the part.
