PURPOSE:To readily and inexpensively detect the title amount fed by predetermining correlation between pressure of raw material in a dough storing chamber of kneaded raw material of processed food and a fed amount of a feeder and measuring pressure of the raw material of the storing chamber. CONSTITUTION:Dough of kneaded or blended raw material of processed food (e.g., HANPEN (cake of powdered fish)) is fed from a feed opening 3 to a molding machine 1, the dough of raw material is pressurized in a certain extent by sending rotors 4, sent to a raw material dough storing chamber 5, a molding drum 6 equipped with a mold 11 for shaping and a member 12 to take out molded partially processed products is revolved and each given amount of the partially processed products 10 packed into molds 11 are sent to a conveyor belt 13. In the operation, correlation between pressure of raw material in the storing chamber 5 and an amount of raw material dough fed from a device is predetermined and pressure in the storing chamber 5 is measured by a pressure sensor 2 so that an amount of raw material dough fed by the device is detected. |
