Machine has a swivel bearing mounting (11) at the feed side (10). The machine frame (9) can be raised and lowered round the pivot axis of the swivel bearing (11) at the operating side of the assembly. Pref. each side frame unit has a swing mounting system with swivel bearing(s) at mounting point(s). Lifter(s) to raise the machine frame and lower it is at the operating side of the assembly, pref. at each machine side, and each lifter is pref. at the mounting points. The machine frame is locked in the working position, and the height of the machine frame can be adjusted w.r.t. stature of the operative by setting screw system to adjust the level of the axis of the warping beam. The frame is mobile, to run on a roller stool fixed to the swing mounting points. The range of movement by the lifter lowers machine frame sides sufficiently to bring the warping beam axis into the holder and drive section of the machine frame sides, on one side, and set the end flanges of the beam on the floor on the other side. When the machine frame sides are lowered, the full warping beam can roll out on its side flanges, and an empty warping beam rolled into place, when the frame sides are raised to secure the beam axis at its ends. ADVANTAGE - Avoids complex mechanical systems and levers.
