摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently utilize an adsorption capability of an adsorbent and to reduce the installation cost of an adsorption device and the recovering cost of the adsorbent by conducting successively repeatedly respective operations of the blast of a gas incorporating a dilute solvent vapor, the blast and recovering of a gas incorporating a concentrated solvent vapor at every first, second and third adsorption devices respectively. CONSTITUTION:First the gas incorporating the dilute solvent vapor is made pass through the first adsorption device 9a, and the vapor incorporating the gaseous solvent is switched and sent to the second adsorption device 9b after the lapse of a fixed time before the breakthrough of the adsorbent begins, and the vapor incorporating the dense gas is sent into the first adsorption device 9a. Succeedingly after the adsorption of the dense gaseous solvent is conducted within a time when the breakthrough of the adsorbent 10a begins and also within a time matched to the adsorption time of the thin gaseous solvent, the blowing is switched to the second adsorption device 9b, and simultaneously the blowing of the vapor incorporating the thin gaseous solvent is switched to the third adsorption device 9c and the first adsorption device 9a enters a recovering process. The above-mentioned processes are successively conducted repeatedly. The diagram shows a state when the first adsorption device 9a enters the recovering process.</p>
