<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a wrinkle from occurring by making the stop timing of a recording paper by a feeding control means earlier so that the flexure amount of an envelope may be smaller than that of an ordinary recording paper in the case that the fed recording paper in the envelope. CONSTITUTION:When the fed recording paper butts against a resist roller pair 5 and stops, flexure is generated between the resist roller pair 5 and a feeding roller 2 to correct obliquely advancing. Two timer values (ta) and (tb) are stored in a ROM 12 corresponding to the flexure so that the flexure amount of the envelope may be smaller than that of the ordinary recording paper in the case that the recording paper is the envelope. When the fed recording paper is the envelope and the counted value of an incorporated counter attains (ta), a paper feeding clutch 17 is turned off so as to stop the feed of the envelope. Thus, the smaller flexure is generated in the envelope than in the ordinary recording paper between the resist roller pair 5 and the feeding roller 2, that means, the optimum flexure owing to which the wrinkle does not occur is generated to correct the obliquely advancing.</p> |
