PURPOSE:To securely hold a part of a respiratory tract that has been constricted by providing an instrument for the medical treatment of bronchus stenosis with an end portion having a branch portion which branches in such a manner as securing the respiratory tract of a bronchus branch portion and a main body portion continued to the end portion, and enabling the instrument to be extracted outside of the mouth from the end side of the main body portion after being stored inside the bronchus. CONSTITUTION:An instrument 1 for the medical treatment of bronchus stenosis is a tube body 4 having an end portion 2 provided with a branch portion 5 which branches in such a manner as capable of securing the respiratory tract of a bronchus branch portion, and a main body portion 3 continued to the end portion 2, and the instrument 1 can be extracted outside of the mouth from the end side of the main body portion 3 after being stored inside the bronchus. After e.g. the constricted part of the bronchus which is generated near the bronchus branch portion is removed by an incision, the instrument 1 for the medical treatment is stored inside the bronchus in such a manner as locating the end portion 2 having the branch portion 5 at the bronchus branch portion and locating the main body portion 3 inside the bronchus, and the incised part is sutured and then the instrument 1 is extracted outside of the mouth from the end side of the main body portion 3 after the condition of the patient is improved, and so a part of the respiratory tract which has been constricted near the bronchus branch portion can securely be held after the constricted part of the bronchus is removed, and in addition, the instrument can be removed without making an incision after the condition of the patient is improved. |
