<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to save the space by containing and sealing one light emitting element as the light emitting side device and plural semicon ductor elements and circuits as the light receiving side devices into single packages respectively so as to constitute a semiconductor photoelectric switch. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 20 is placed in a hollow in a 1st pack age 21 made of an opaque resin and a 1st throughhole 22 is formed to the package 21 to emit the stimulated light to the outside of the package. A 2nd package 23 to receive the radiation light is made similar to an opaque resin and provided with plural 2nd throughholes 24, which receive the radiation light from the light emitting element 20 through plural positions and a light receiving elements 25 are fitted in the 2nd package 23 to the position corresponding to the light emitting elements. Moreover, barriers 26 are formed to allow each light receiving element 25 to be active without interference with each other. Since one light emitting element and plural light receiving elements are sealed in the lump in such a way, the cost is saved to nearly 1/3 and the entire switch is made compact.</p> |
