PURPOSE:To perform a smooth discharging of warm air by a method wherein indoor air is flowed out of a room, either an air discharging port or an air inlet port is disposed at an upper surface of or a side surface of a circumferential wall of an air prehibitor covering a ventilation port for taking surrounding air into the room and further a cover for covering the port is provided. CONSTITUTION:Since an air discharging port 4 is disposed at an upper surface 3 of a circumferential wall or a side wall 3 of the circumferential wall where hot discharged air may easily pass, air A fed out by a ventilation fan F is smoothly discharged out of a discharging port 4. In turn, when the surrounding air is taken into a room, the discharging port 4 becomes an air inlet port 5 and then the surrounding air is taken at the inlet port 5. A bottom part 7 of an air prohibitor 1 has a surrounding air inlet port 8, so that the surrounding air flows from the inlet port 8 into the air prohibitor 1, flows out to the dis charging port 4 so as to promote a discharging of the air A flowing out from a ventilation port V to the discharging port 4, resulting in that a discharging efficiency is improved.
