<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation to shorts, to hold the wearing state at the time of start of use, and to prevent a leakage by providing a fixing tool having a free end piece having no fixing adhesive part, and also, for fixing an absorptive article to shorts on a non-skin abutting face side of the absorptive article, and positioning the free end of the fixing tool in the inside from a side part in the longitudinal direction of the fixing tool. CONSTITUTION:Fixing pieces 7C, 7C of a fixing tool 7 are stretched to the outside from a sanitary napkin 1 main body and the sanitary napkin 1 is placed against a crotch part 6 of shorts 5. By a stress in each side part 7A, 7A, each fixing piece 7C, 7C is returned naturally to its original state and wraps in both side edges 6A, 6A of the crotch part 6, and the sanitary napkin 1 is installed in the crotch part 6. When a user puts on the shorts 5 and the crotch part 6 is pressed against the groin part of the user, the sanitary napkin 1 deformed like a saddle in accordance with a shape of the groin part and adheres closely to the groin part.
