PURPOSE:To feed accurately electronic components extracted from a stick one piece by one piece by a method wherein the title device is provided with a stick retention means, a stick moving means, a first transfer rail, a first stopper means, a second transfer rail, a second stopper means and an electronic component feed lever. CONSTITUTION:Electronic components P extracted from a stick 41 are separated from each other and can be extracted by actuating alternately first and second stoppers 61 and 79. A second transfer rail 85 is rotated and the component P is held on the left side of a third stopper 89. Simultaneously with this, another component P is fed on the rail 85 from a first transfer rail 43, but this component is held on the right side of the stopper 89. Then, when the rail 85 is rotated, these components P are sent to the left side by a feed pawl 129 and the lead electronic component only is fed on an electronic component transfer member 137. In such a way, even in case two pieces of the components P are linked together and are fed, the electronic components are separately from each other one piece by one piece and are fed to the member 137. |
