PURPOSE:To suppress the increase of dust due to the scorching or the mixing with metallic foreign matter in an injection molding process by forming the cylinder and screw of an injection molding machine using a specific corrosion- resistant and abrasion resistant material. CONSTITUTION:The alloy components of the cylinder of an injection molding maichine are set to Ni: 0.0-2.0%, Cr: 5.0-15.0%, Co: 80.0-90.0%, Fe: 0.0-1.0%, Mn: 0.1-2.0%, Si: 0.2-4.0%, B: 2.0-4.0% and the remainder of C and inevitable impurities or to Ni 30.0-85.0%, Cr: 5.0-10.0%, Co: 5.0-40.0%, Fe: 0.0-10.0%, Mn: 0.2-2.0%, Si: 2.0-10.0%, B: 2.0-4.0% and the remainder of C and inevitable impurities on a wt. basis. A screw member is formed using SUS 420, SUS 440, Hastelloy or steel consisting of C: 0.5-1.5%, Cr: 10.0-20.0%, Mo: 1.5-2.5%, V: 0.5-1.5% and Fe: 75.0-85.0% on a wt. basis. |
