<p>PURPOSE:To bring a conductive coat in large contact with a lead and dissolve poor contact with each other by forming a recess at a position where the external lead of a crush sealed portion is led out and filling into the recessed portion material to form a conductive coat. CONSTITUTION:An internal electrode 4 is sealed in a pinch seal portion 210 formed at one end of a bulb 2. The internal electrode 4 is formed with a cold cathode composed of an electrode head 41, a lead 42 combined with an electrode axis and electron emitting material 43 filled inside the electrode head 41. A crush sealed portion 210 has a conical recess 5 formed at a position where the lead 42 is led out, and conductive paste applied to the crush sealed portion 210 is filled into the recess 5 as well, therefore to keep a large contact area of the lead 42 with a conductive coat, or the first receiving terminal 10.</p> |
