PURPOSE:To make modifications of logics for indicating failures at every time of the alteration of the configuration of an electric power system unnecessary, by performing the indication of the break subjected to failure tripping through AND operation on a failure aggregation signal and the signal of a breaker status changing from make to break. CONSTITUTION:Failure signals of an electric power system are inputted to a failure aggregating part 5, and are edited to change into a failure aggregation signal by OR operations. Also, the make/break status signal of a breaker is inputted to a part 6 for sensing status changes, and senses the breaker whose status is changed from make to break, and further, is converted to the signal of the status changing from make to break. The signal of the status changing from make to break and the failure aggregation signal are subjected to AND operation in an AND logic part 7, and are edited to change into the signal for indicating the breaker subjected to failure tripping. The signal for indicating the breaker subjected to failure tripping is outputted from the part for outputting the indication of a failure, and performs the indication of the break subjected to failure tripping. Thereby, even when alterating the configuration of the system, logical modifications come unnecessary. |
