A display device is provided to minimize products by attaching and fixing the edge of a display panel and the edge of a lower polarizing film directly to a mold frame in order to eliminate a top chassis which is arranged at the upper side of the display panel. A display device comprises a display panel, a lower polarizing film(111), a backlight assembly, a mold frame(800), and a bonding member(900). The display panel, which displays images, is divided into a central area(CA) and an external area(EA) which encloses the central region. Corresponding to the central area, the lower polarizing film is arranged at the lower surface of the display panel. The backlight assembly, arranged below the lower polarizing film, supplies light to the display panel. The mold frame encloses and fixes the external of the display panel, and has a panel guide part(830). The panel guide part comprises the first support surface(831) and the second support surface(832). The first support surface faces the external area of the display panel. The second support surface faces the edge of the lower polarizing film, and forms a step with the first support surface downwards. The bonding member, arranged and bonded at the first and second support surfaces, is bonded with the external area of the display panel and the edge of the lower polarizing film.
