A mold for a shoe-sole integrated with a water proof cover is provided to replace the mold in case of damage to a part by separating a lower mold into several pieces. A mold for a shoe-sole integrated with a water proof cover comprises a lower mold(100), a middle mold(200) and an upper mold(300). The lower mold comprises: a main block(110) in which a plurality of hermetic grooves are equipped in a formation room edge; a rubber plate(120) arranged in the main block lower surface; a sub block(130) in which a shutoff valve is coupled in the front face in which a vacuum flow path is initiated; and multiple toggle clamps(140) installed at a coupling plate coupled in the main block front face. The middle mold is coupled in the main block to be rotatable and is mounted with a boring part bored by corresponding to the formation room. The upper mold is coupled to be rotatable to the middle mold.
