摘要

A method for regeneration of biological activity of human beta- interferon expressed in bacteria cells comprises (a) adding 40 μM of O-iodosobenzoic acid to the 95 % or more purifyed hIF-beta soln., and reacting it for 90 min.; (b) lowering pH to stop the reaction, and concentrating the reactant; (c) passing it through dextran gel column to obtain final oxidized hIF-beta; (d) adjusting pH to neutral range; and (e) dissolving the oxidized hIF-beta in 2.5 % dextrose solvent.
