DECODER ADAPTOR FOR AUDIO DESCRAMBLE

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the function of an audio decoder with an adaptor fitted thereto by providing an audio pre-decoder, a means adding error check information detected by an error correction check circuit before descrambling to a audio signal after descrambling again and an audio post-encoder to the adaptor. CONSTITUTION:A satellite radio wave with a MUSE signal superimposed thereon is caught by a BS antenna 1 and led to a high quality audio reproduction speaker group 5 and a high definition television(HDTV) video display device 4 via a BS tuner 2 and a MUSE decoder 3. This is the mode where the MUSE signal is neither scrambled nor descrambled and an established device as the MUSE decoder has already been developed for market. A descramble use adaptor 6 is interposed between the established MUSE decoder 3 and the BS tuner 2. Figure shows an interconnection diagram for analog connection type, and the descramble use adaptor 6 and the MUSE decoder 3 are interconnected by one coaxial cable 8.
