Inhalation anaesthetic appts. with gas filtering

The anaesthetic appts. has a ventilator (1), for extracting the anaesthetic gas from at least one reservoir (8, 9), coupled to the inspiration and exspiration lines (12, 17) for the patient. The exhalation gases are filtered via at least one filter (20) for extracting given gas components which are then returned to the gas reservoir (8, 9). Pref. a gas analyser (40) is inserted in the line (29) between the filter and a switching valve (32) for the different gas reservoirs. The analyser is coupled to an electronic control (25) providing the control signals for the switching valve.
