PURPOSE:To obtain a film curing agent of ultrafast-hardening cement concrete which surely prevents a crazing during early during stage by stably emulsifying and dispersing polyurethane into water while utilizing a dispersant and forming a tough film difficult to be peeled. CONSTITUTION:A film curing agent of ultrafast-hardening cement concrete is formed by stably emulsifying and dispersing polyurethane resin as a main component into water by a dispersant such as an anion-based surfactant. Thereby a film is formed which is excellent in film formation capacity and adhesive force and sufficiently prevents a crazing and is difficult to be peeled. Furthermore the tougher film is formed by adding organic acid, salt thereof and polyhydric alcohol at about <=1wt.% to the film curing agent and adding at least one kind of an inorganic polymer and an organic polymer, etc., at about <=50% thereto. The film curing agent is intactly sprayed on the surface of ultrafast-hardening cement concrete. Moreover it is diluted at weight rate of (1:1)-(1:4) for water and sprayed on the surface. Thereafter this surface is preferably smoothed by troweling finish. |
