PURPOSE:To obtain a lunch having cooking warmth by laying a heating cartridge by arranging it in a water reservoir part brought nearer to one side within a main body container having a cover, placing an inner bowl on this heating cartridge, and forming a water injection port communicating with a containing part of the heating cartridge in the water reservoir part. CONSTITUTION:A lunch box is shaken two or three times in a horizontal state, and lime 24 of a heating cartridge 13 is leveled so that the quantity of each part becomes uniform. Subsequently, a cover 2 is detached by detaching a fastener 4, a main body container 1 is placed in a horizontal place, a water container 31 is taken out, water of the inside is injected into a water container containing part 32b, the cover 2 is closed immediately again and it is fixed with the fastener 4. This injected water flows into the adjacent heating cartridge 13 through a water injection port 32c, passes through a through-hole 26a pierced in the bottom part of a tray 26 and soaks into the lime 24 in an inner bag. The lime 24 generates reaction heat of about 100 deg.C by coming into contact with water and responding thereto, and by this heat, rice and a dish in the inner bowl 3 are warmed. In this case, since the inner bowl 3 is made of aluminum, heat from the heating cartridge 13 transmits satisfactorily, and on the other hand, the heating cartridge 13 is not laid in the lower part of a cold vegetable vessel 32a, therefore, it is not feared that cold vegetables are warmed. |
