PURPOSE:To enable an operator to easily and directly view a construction site all through the day without being informed of the line closing construction by housing a light emitting diode and a blinking device in the space of a guidac plastic box. CONSTITUTION:A transparent acryl light 1 is fitted on the surface of an aluminum plate 3 by using a tape 2 for reflection, and a space is formed on the back surface of the aluminum plate 3 to fit the guidac plastic box 5; and the light emitting diode 7 and the blinking device 6 for the light emitting diode 7 are housed in the space, and a power source and a column can be fitted in the guidac plastic box 5. Consequently, a line closing construction display device installed at the site of the line closing construction blinks high-brightness colored light emitted by the light emitting diode all through the day, so the operator can easily view the site of the line closing construction even remotely.
