The invention relates to a false stump for dental implant and natural tooth, composed of two separate parts: a support part and a movable intradental part made of a shock-absorbant material. It consists of four elements: 1st - a part (2) serving as a support and forming a connection between the implant and the false stump, 2nd - a supra-mobile part (3) made of shock-absorbant material and serving as a shock-resistant ring, 3rd - a preform or mould insert (4) for permitting adaptation to the supra-mobile system, 4th - an assembly means (5), such as a screw, which fixes the prosthesis (6) to the shock-resistant supra-mobile part (3). The invention applies to a dental implant or a natural tooth. <IMAGE>
