A high frequency, HF, power transistor (2) is produced with a flat plate formed as connectors (3, 4, 5, 12) and with a flange with holes (13) for fixing to a surface. The transistor is connected to a circuit board (1) with a shape formed to match the transistor contacts. The board has contact surfaces (6, 7, 8) that are formed by slotted sections (11). The surfaces are metallised and allow soldered contacts to be formed. ADVANTAGE - Improved reliability of operator.
