PURPOSE: To provide a medical sterilized dialysis fluid or a similar physiologically permissible sterilized fluid at low cost by heating water to sterilization temperature during transportation, keeping the same at that temperature for the time required for sterilization, and then cooling the same to the desired consumption temperature. CONSTITUTION: A source of water comprises a water tank 15, from which start a recirculation line 14 having a device for heating water to sterilization temperature before the water is returned and a line having a device for preparing a biologically permissible fluid, e.g. dialysis fluid, and first and second heat exchangers 2, 6 are arranged so that the water for preparing the fluid is first heated inside the first heat exchanger 2. After the preparation, the water is then cooled inside the second heat exchanger 6 and at the same time a recirculation circuit is first heated inside the second heat exchanger and then cooled inside the first heat exchanger after heating. Therefore, the medical sterilized dialysis fluid or a similar physiologically permissible sterilized fluid can be obtained at tow cost. |
