PURPOSE:To stably produce aqueous ozone without damaging this equipment by immersing an electrolyzer main body having a specified structure in water for a raw material and always holding the water level of water for the raw material in a specified range in the case of producing aqueous ozone by electrolyzing water. CONSTITUTION:Water W for a raw material is introduced into a water tank 1 to the prescribed water level. DC voltage is impressed to an electrolytic cell 31 constituted of a solid polymer electrolytic membrane 31a, an anode 31b and a cachode 31c. A pump 37 and an impeller 37b are rotated by a driving shaft 37a and water W for the raw material is respouted into a water tank 1 from an outflow port 34 of aqueous ozone via an aqueduct 33 from the anodic chamber 30b of an electrode housing chamber 30. Water W for the raw material is electrolyzed and O2 admixed with O3 is generated in the anodic chamber 30b and H2 is generated in a cathodic chamber 30a. Ozone is agitated by a pump 37 and dissolved into water W in the aqueduct 33 and aqueous ozone is produced. In this case, a float 27d is fitted to a hanging rod 4 fitted with an electrolyzer main body 3. The water level of water W for the raw material poured from a pour port 27 is held between the water levels W1, W2 by action of a switch in a control board box 2 provided to the float 27d between the water levels W1, W2 of water W and thereby aqueous ozone is stably produced. |
