<p>The waterproof complex is characterised in that it comprises:
- a lower layer of hot-coated material, consisting of an asphalt binder and an aggregate, the asphalt binder representing from approximately 8.5 to approximately 10.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of aggregate,
- an intermediate layer consisting essentially of an asphalt binder,
- an upper layer of cold-cast coated product.
