<p>A set for putting in readiness and applying a tissue adhesive based on human or animal proteins for the connection of tissue or organ parts, which adhesive is formed by bringing together solutions of the proteins and clotting factors promoting blood coagulation, has a plurality of syringe bodies (1, 1', 2, 2') ending in cones (6, 6'; 7, 7'). When making ready the tissue adhesive, in order to shorten the dissolution time without having to take foam formation into consideration, and in order to permit a direct application of the tissue adhesive solution, in each case four syringe bodies (1, 1', 2, 2') are combined in pairs to form a unit, and in each pair a lyophilisate of the protein is introduced in each case in one syringe body (1 or 2), and the necessary liquid of dissolution is introduced in the other syringe body (1' or 2'). The cones (6, 6', 7, 7') of each pair have a delivery channel (9, 9') and are connected to one another, and the contents of the syringe bodies (1, 1', 2, 2') of each pair can be exchanged, delivered and mixed via the delivery channels (9, 9'). After dissolution of the lyophilisate, the syringe bodies (1, 1', 2, 2') can be separated, and an application arrangement (11) can be applied to the cones (6, 6', 7, 7') of the corresponding syringe bodies (1, 1', 2, 2'). <IMAGE></p> |
