PURPOSE:To make it possible to spray a content totally without using fluorocarbon gas by arranging a bag member to fill a content, which is made of a shape memory material, in a container main body. CONSTITUTION:A spray container 1 consists of a container main body 2, spray nozzle 3 and bag member 4, etc. The bag member 4 is made of a shape memory material, and as the mother phase shape, a condition in which optional parts 4a, 4b on the inner peripheral surface are mutually joined is memorized, and in the mean time, it is formed in such a manner that the bag member 4 can expansion-form the internal space when it is deformed. The spray container 1 is heated, and the bag member 4 is placed under a deformable condition by heating the bag member 4 at least to the critical range or glass transition temperature, and the bag member 4 is expanded by filling a content, and it is cool-set under this condition. At the time of usage, if the spray container 1 is heated again, the bag member 4 returns to the mother phase shape, and the internal pressure becomes high, and when a pressing part 5a of the spray nozzle 3 is pressed, the content is sprayed from the spray nozzle 3. By this method, the content can be easily and assuredly sprayed without using fluorocarbon gas. |
