A sealing structure of waterproof connector in which a connector housing (1) having a housing body (3) assembled with an inner member (4) is coupled with a mating connector housing (2) through a seal ring (70) having a sealing band (6), comprising: a pair of members (9A, 9B) having an L-shaped cross section, which project forwardly from a front end of a side wall of the seal ring (70) such that the distal end portions of the members (9A, 9B) bend in opposite inward directions; the members (9A, 9B) each having a front end face (8) which is brought into contact with a bottom (10) of the hollow (5); a contact piece (12) which is provided at a predetermined Position of the inner member (4) so as to be brought into pressing contact with the members (9A, 9B); and the members (9A, 9B) being gripped between the bottom (10) of the hollow (5) and the contact piece (12) so that the seal ring (70) is secured. <IMAGE> |
