PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an injection mold by a method wherein a half part of eaves gutter parts is formed by cutting an eaves gutter into a V-shaped state to an axial direction of the eaves gutter, confronting end faces of both the half parts of the eaves gutter parts are confronted with each other, set up within an injection mold and injection molding is performed on a confronted part. CONSTITUTION:An eaves gutter 1 is cut in a V-shaped state so that a cut face is tiled to an axial direction of the eaves gutter, half parts 2 of eaves gutter parts dividing into both sides are formed. Confronting end faces of both the half parts of the eaves gutter parts are confronted with each other, which is set up within an injection mold 3 under this state, injection molding is performed on a confronted part between both the half parts 2 of eaves gutter parts and both the half parts 2 of eaves gutter parts are unified. With this construction, since a joining time is short, joining accuracy is favorable and it is good that injection molding is performed on only the confronted part, structure of an injection mold can be simplified. |
