<p>A mixture for preparing ice-creams of the conventional type, which can be stored in the deep-frozen state and comprises the usual ingredients of non-industrial ice-creams, characterized in that it contains water within the range of 30-55% by weight and sugar within the range of 20-55% by weight. In the case of milk-based ice-creams, said mixture also comprises a 10-25% by weight of fats, whereas in the case of fruit-juice ice-creams or sherbets, fats are practically absent.</p> |
