PURPOSE:To avoid increase in an earth capacitance with simple constitution by employing a DC power supply such as a battery as a gate power supply. CONSTITUTION:A gate power supply 15 supplying power to each gate circuit 11 consists of a DC power supply 12 and a capacitor 14 receiving a voltage of the DC power supply 12 via a diode 13 and holding it. That is, since a DC power supply such as a battery together with the capacitor 14 is used for the gate power supply 15, the use of a transformer causing increase in an earth capacitance and line unbalance is avoided. Thus, the constitution is simplified and the cost is reduced and the voltage division of the power supply to each gate circuit 11 is optimized easily. |
