The outer casing (2) is mounted in the baseboard (1) and it is equipped with a set of coaxially arranged, elastically mounted rocking arms (10), which control extension pins (8) in relation to possible inaccuracies of the non-preprocessed positioning opening. The rocking arms (10) are controlled by a cone (18) of the spring-loaded mandrel (17), which is guided though the inner casing (13) and interferes in the inner extension (34) of the hollow piston (23) of the working cylinder (26).<IMAGE>
