PURPOSE:To easily shape a core member without installing a self flange part, by forming the core member by installing a working part inside a fixed frame part through a plurality of connection parts, covering the surfaces of the fixed frame part and the working part with skin members and cutting the connection part. CONSTITUTION:A boss plate 4 installed inside a boss part 1 constitutes a steering wheel body integrally with a spoke part and a rim part which are not illustrated. The upper and lower parts of the boss plate 4 are covered by a pad unit 6 and a lower part cover 7. Further, as for the pad unit 6, a lid-shaped pad 12 is fitted with a box-shaped base 11. The pad 12 consists of a hard core member 16 and a soft skin member 17, and a movable part 18 is arranged at the center part. In this case, the core member 16 is formed by installing a working part 15 through a plurality of connection parts 17 inside a fixed frame part 14. After the surfaces of the above-described parts 14 and 15 are covered with the skin member 17, the connection part 27 is cut. |
