PURPOSE:To automatically allocate the data via a data table by generating the data table based on the data information on the variables, constants, etc., extracted out of a design document and editing the data table. CONSTITUTION:A data information extracting part 6 extracts the data information on the necessary variables, constants, etc., out of a design document data base 2 and outputs them to a data table generating part 7. This part 7 converts the input data information into a format of a data table 8 and outputs the converted information to a data table editing part 9. At this part 9, the table 8 receives the instructions from a program designer for correction, of data, the data editing/allocating order, etc., in an interactive format using an input device 4 and an output device 5. Receiving the editing instruction, etc., the table 8 allocates automatically an address 11 of the RAM area of the data information for which no allocation area is decided yet via an automatic allocation part 14. In such a constitution, the RAM area can be automatically allocated to the data information.
