An opening is provided in each box gable. The filter box is formed by two L-shaped box elements each with a box gable and a side plate corresp. to a gable surface and a side surface of the filter unit. The L-shaped box elements are arranged with parallel side plates, and a cover which extends around the filter unit between its gable surface surround side plates located on the filter unit and the box elements. The filter unit consists of a folded filter material strip with gas-distributing intermediate layer, the width of which corresponds to that of the strip. The intermediate layer is located between adjacent fold surfaces of the filter material strip, and the intermediate layer longitudinal direction extends in the normal direction to the unit gable surfaces. |
