PURPOSE: To inspect effect of medical care with combination of GH/gonadotropic hormone by giving a specified amount of clonidine or clonidine derivative to a patient, and monitoring in-blood concentration of human growth hormone(HG) after administration. CONSTITUTION: Clonidine hydrochloride salt of about 0.25-0.6mg is given in oral administration. A patient of chronisin-negative is further administered with combination of GH/gonadotropic hormone. At that time, in order to induce GH-freeing from a pituitary, about 1μg/kg of GH, as it is, or growth hormone free hormone(GHRH) alone, is administered. In case of latter, if in-blood concentration of GH does not rise much, a pituitary is loosing GH, so, only GH/ gonadotropic hormone remedy is effective. If there is positive response to GHRH, a hypothalamus is loosing GH, and for such patient, both GHRH and GH/gonadotropic hormone are effective. This test can be performed rapidly, and medical care for sterility can be started reasonably and instantly along with high possibility in success.
