<p>PURPOSE:To increase the write processing speed by performing address check at the time of issue of plural write requests ad accepting the latest request in the case of the existence of write requests to the same address. CONSTITUTION:In response to a write request to an E<2>PROM 1, an E<2>PROM write request processing part 2 writes write data in a save RAM 4 and changes a write request flag corresponding to the address in a map RAM 5 from '0' to '1'. An E<2>PROM write processing part 3 looks in the write request flag '1' corresponding to the address from the map RAM 5 and takes out data stored in the address on the save RAM corresponding to '1' on the map RAM 5 and writes this data in the E<2>PROM 1. At this time, the flag corresponding to the address on the map RAM 4 is changed from '1' to '0'. Thus, address check is performed when plural write requests are simultaneously issued, and only the latest request is accepted to shorten the processing time in the case of write requests to the same address.</p> |
