<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity and deposition strength by constituting the steel plate I-joint by performing brazing deposition in the fitted and superposed state by a couple of members in a split shape in half to which a branch pipe formed by press work by a steel plate is connected and on which a recessed groove having a short peripheral wall is formed. CONSTITUTION:The joint is formed by performing brazing deposition on a fitting mutual head 2 side opening end peripheral part, an abutment of both ends of the connected branch pipe 4 and an assembly part of a superposed part of this branch pipe 4 and a base end part of the peripheral wall of the recessed groove 6. The mutual tack welding work prior to brazing deposition 5 is regulated to the minimum or made unnecessary. At the same time, heating and brazing deposition by passing the furnace inside is made possible by the structure of an opening end protruded in a stepped shape along the fitting part and the superposed part of the one member and a mass production system can be adopted. In addition, the deposition strength is improved by the fitting and superposing structure and the branch pipe side stress concentration is reduced and further, brazing connection by simple formation of a cylinder made at the branch pipe side as a connection fitting part to a piping end is made sure. Consequently, fears of a leak can be obviated even when being arranged under an exciting state extending for a long period of time.</p> |
