The heat recovery system involves the use of a closed circuit of either air or liq. to surround a building. Cavities are formed (2, 3, 6, 7) by insulation (4, 9) and a ventilation shaft (7) from the top to the bottom. The ventilator (1) provides the forced circulation, and the air in the cavity (3) under the roof is heated by the sun, shutters (5) controlling the air flow.
